Any estimated lead time provided by Barone Performance is an estimate and may change due to manufacturer production schedules, supply-chain issues, customs, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers who require a product by a specific date should contact us before ordering.

6. Vehicle Fitment

Vehicle fitment can vary depending on model year, engine, transmission, drivetrain, trim level, factory options, and previous modifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requesting fitment assistance or purchasing products.

Barone Performance is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer.

7. Professional Installation

All products sold by Barone Performance should be installed by a qualified professional automotive technician.

Barone Performance is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer, improper installation, improper use, or modifications made outside the manufacturer's or tuner's specifications.

9. Motorsport and Off-Road Products

Certain products may be intended for racing, competition, off-road, or other specialized applications.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on public roads in their jurisdiction.

Barone Performance does not represent that every performance product sold through our website is legal for use on public roads.

10. Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, and warranty procedures.
